Our store sells to customers with a shipping address in the United States.

Account and Orders

You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, a pricing error, or a shipping address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via Guest Checkout.

The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a flat $4.95 per order. Production takes 2–5 business days, delivery takes 3–5 business days, and the total estimated time is 5–10 business days.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange eligible items up to 30 days from the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.

Product Information and Availability

We try to show product colors, prints, and sizes as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and printed items may vary slightly from one piece to another.

Because products are printed to order, a design may become unavailable. If that happens after you order, we will contact you and offer a different item or a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on thehutstore.com, including text, designs, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Thehutstore or its licensors and is protected by US copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to place fraudulent orders, to interfere with the website or its security, or to copy content using automated tools.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

If we cannot solve a dispute informally in 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the courts listed in the Governing Law section. Small claims court remains available for qualifying claims.
